Is there a minimum order?
No. We embroider even a single cap.
How long does it take?
Custom designs and stock caps both ship within 1-2 business days, usually the next business day. Delivery time depends on your country and carrier; to Germany it is usually 3-4 business days.
Are there extra charges?
The base price is shown on every product. Each additional embroidery placement (back or side) costs €5, and a thread colour other than white or black costs €2.50. The designer shows the total before you add to cart.
What image or logo can I upload?
Ideally a simple design with clean lines and high resolution. If a detail is too fine for embroidery, we simplify it and let you know.
Can I have embroidery somewhere other than the front?
Yes, on the back or side of a cap. Each additional placement costs extra, which you see in the designer. Beanies are embroidered on the front only, with text.
Can I return my order?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Custom-designed products have exceptions: see Refunds & Returns.
