  • Custom designs and stock caps both ship within 1-2 business days, usually the next business day.

    Delivery to Germany is usually 3-4 business days; elsewhere it depends on your country and carrier. Every parcel comes with online tracking.

  • The base price is shown on every cap. A thread colour other than white or black costs €2.50 extra, and each additional embroidery placement (back or side) costs €5. The designer shows the total before you add to cart.

  • Yes. We check every design before we embroider it. If anything needs adjusting, we get in touch before we start stitching. For help with a design, write to support@capkov.com.

  • Shipping is free on orders over €50. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or AMEX. More on the Delivery & payment page.

  • Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition and packaging. Start the return in your customer account; we usually process requests within 24 hours. Underwear and custom-made products cannot be returned. More on the Refunds & returns page.

  • We embroider every cap in our workshop in Czechia. We do the embroidery, the design check and the packing ourselves.
